Santiago Moro is a seasoned professional in the dairy industry with extensive experience in product management and consulting. Currently serving as Product Manager for Digital Services in the Animal Area at DeLaval, Santiago is responsible for global digital products and collaborates on product roadmaps. Past roles include consulting on Dairy Chain & Innovation at AZGroup, leading the Dairy in Focus project and working as a Technical Analyst at Movimiento CREA, where impactful research on social, environmental, and economic variables in the dairy sector was conducted. Santiago also managed the Dairy Commission, coordinating collaborative efforts within the sector and engaging with public and private organizations.
