Gina MacKlin

Gina Macklin serves as the Vice President of Recruitment and Enrollment Management at Delaware County Community College, starting on February 5, 2024. Previously, Macklin held the position of Dean of Enrollment Management at Prince George's Community College from February 2022 to January 2024, and prior to that worked at Anne Arundel Community College as the Coordinator of College Services from October 2010 to February 2022. Macklin's early career includes serving as President/CEO of MeetingHouse Corporation, where responsibilities included developing faith-driven communities and affordable housing solutions, and as a Management Analyst at the Federal Bureau of Investigation from March 1992 to March 2002. Education includes a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Regent University, completed between 2020 and 2021.
