Rony Baltazar-Lopez

Rony Baltazar-Lopez, MPA, currently serves as the Director of Policy & Communications and Community Relations Officer at the Delaware Department of State, a position held since April 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Public Information Officer at the Delaware Department of Justice and various positions within the United States Senate, such as Legislative Correspondent and Staff Assistant. Rony's career began in legislative support roles, including a Constituent Relations Intern for the Office of the Governor of Delaware and a Summer Legislative Intern for the Delaware General Assembly. Academically, Rony earned a Master of Public Administration from the University of Delaware in 2022, following a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government in 2017, and an Associate of Arts degree in 2014, all from the same institution.
