Matthew Whalen

Matthew Whalen is an experienced technology and support specialist currently serving as the Lead Support Specialist at the Delaware Department of Technology and Information since December 2021, having previously held the position of Service Support Specialist. Prior to this role, Matthew worked at Burlington Stores, Inc. as a Store Technology Project Specialist and briefly at Jobworks Inc. as a Student, while also obtaining A+ and ITF+ certifications, and currently pursuing Cloud Computing certification. Matthew's earlier career in the hospitality industry includes roles such as Beverage Manager and Bartender at STARR Restaurants and Lead Trainer at Patina Restaurant Group. Matthew holds a Bachelor's degree in Theatre/Web Design and Applications from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
