Chance Malkin Pe

Chance Malkin, PE, currently serves as an Engineer Program Manager I at the Delaware Department of Transportation, where responsibilities include managing construction projects in New Castle County, DE; conducting constructability plan reviews; and overseeing project budgets and schedules. Prior experience includes a role as a Project Engineer at Pennoni Associates, specializing in the design, inspection, and management of bridge projects, with a strong skill set in various engineering software.
