Joe Spadaro P.e.

Joe Spadaro, P.E. has extensive experience in traffic operations and engineering within the Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) since July 2013, currently serving as the Traffic Operations Engineering Program Manager. Responsibilities include leading projects associated with the Traffic Management Center and overseeing the design of Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) devices. Prior to this role, Joe served as an Area Engineer managing roadway construction projects and as a Project Supervisor, focusing on contractor oversight and project documentation. Additional experience includes teaching project management at Delaware Technical Community College and working as a Construction Inspector at JBC Associates, Inc. and as an Estimating Assistant at Hessert Construction Management, LLC. Joe holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware.
