Kristen Kotula Pe (Blake)

Kristen (Blake) Kotula, PE, is a Traffic Studies Engineer at the Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) since January 2023, bringing extensive experience in transportation engineering. Previously, Kristen served as a Transportation Engineer at Rybinski Engineering and as a Design Engineer in the Traffic Department at Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson. Early career roles include research as an Asphalt Lab Research Assistant at Rowan University and a Planning and GIS Intern with the County of Cape May. Kristen began professional experience as a Sales Associate at PetSmart. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Rowan University, completed in 2016.
