Scott Neidert, PE, PTOE, RSP1, serves as the Traffic Safety Engineering Manager at the Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) since June 2009, overseeing the development and implementation of various highway safety programs while managing geospatial crash data tools and serving as a technical expert on traffic safety design and the Highway Safety Manual. Prior experience includes a role as a Traffic Engineer at DelDOT where responsibilities included performing statewide traffic safety studies, designing temporary traffic control plans, and analyzing traffic engineering solutions for high-crash locations. Scott began the career as a Traffic Engineering Intern at ELA Group, Inc., after earning a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Penn State University in 2009.
