Susanne Laws P.e.

Susanne Laws, P.E. is an experienced civil engineer with a diverse background in engineering and project management. Currently serving as the Engineer V and Expedited Review Team Lead at the Delaware Department of Transportation since April 2018, Susanne leads statewide economic development projects to expedite approvals and foster job creation. Previous roles include Engineer Program Manager I and Lean Change Agent at Geisinger, where Susanne facilitated lean transformations and improved operational processes. Early career achievements included project management positions in prestigious medical centers and civil engineering roles focusing on infrastructure projects. Susanne holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware and additional education from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
