Jill Rogers

Jill Rogers is the current Executive Director at Delaware Guidance Services. Jill has held this position since September of 2017. Prior to that, they were the Director for the Division of Developmental Disabilities Services at the Delaware Department of Health and Social Services from January of 2016 to September of 2017. Before that, Rogers was the Director for the Division of Services of Aging and Adults with Physical Disabilities at the Delaware Department of Health and Social Services from January of 2014 to December of 2016. Rogers has also been the Executive Director at the Delaware Health Care Commission from January of 2012 to December of 2014 and the Section Chief for Health Promotion and Disease Prevention at the Delaware Division of Public Health from January of 2005 to December of 2011. Rogers started their career as the Center Manager at Planned Parenthood of Delaware from January of 1998 to December of 2000 and then became the Director Of Health Services at Delmarva Rural Ministries, LLC from January of 1996 to December of 1998.

Jill Rogers completed their undergraduate degree at Wesley College in Delaware, where they majored in nursing. Jill then went on to earn their Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from the same school.
