Jamie Rocke

Jamie Rocke has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2002, they started their career as a Patient Account Coordinator at CuraScript, Inc. An Express Scripts Co., before transitioning to a Clinical Account Manager role. In 2007, they joined Access Group, Inc. as a Higher Education Account Executive. In 2011, Rocke worked at Modern Mail as a Marketing Account Manager, and later that year, they joined Delaware Health Information Network as a Senior Manager in Provider Relations & Business Development. Jamie progressed to become the Director of Business Development & Relationship Management in September 2017.

Jamie Rocke graduated from Wilmington University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. Prior to that, they obtained a High School Diploma from Caravel Academy. Additionally, Jamie has pursued certifications in the field of IT service management, including the Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP) certification from APMG International in January 2022, and various ITIL® certifications from AXELOS Global Best Practice between 2017 and 2020. They have also studied Psychology at the University of Delaware.
