Michael Atkisson

Michael Atkisson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and systems administration, currently serving as the System Administrator and Project Manager at Delaware Nation Industries since June 2024. At DNI, Michael directs program support for the ATHENA network modernization, ensuring alignment with multi-base IT infrastructure and cybersecurity compliance. Previously, as a Corporate Project Manager at Delaware Resource Group, Michael managed enterprise-level programs and acted as a primary liaison for senior stakeholders. Michael's 20-year tenure with the United States Air Force included various leadership roles, such as Superintendent of Group Combat Training and Director of Squadron Training, where skills in training program development and operational readiness were honed. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Pastoral Studies/Counseling from Liberty University.
