Cellas White is an experienced procurement professional with a robust background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Procurement Manager at Delaware North since April 2024, Cellas has held key purchasing positions at various prestigious establishments, including Director of Purchasing at Park Hyatt Chicago and Hyatt Regency Frisco - Dallas. Prior experience includes roles at Marriott Hotels and Pendry Hotels & Resorts, as well as positions in purchasing management at ASM Global and Levy Restaurants. Cellas began a career in purchasing as a Representative at Hilton Chicago O'Hare Airport, culminating in several supervisory roles throughout an expansive career since graduating from Bethune-Cookman University in 2005.
