Eric Knake is an experienced food and beverage manager with a career spanning over two decades in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Food and Beverage Manager and Suites Manager at Delaware North since February 2020, Eric has a proven track record in managing premium services in high-profile venues, including the role of Director of Premium at Xcel Energy Center and General Manager of Suites at Sprint Center, where food and beverage sales surpassed $10 million since its opening. Eric's previous positions include General Manager at Noodles & Company and Premium Manager at Aramark Refreshment Services, as well as leadership roles at Yard House Restaurants, Levy Restaurants, and Landry's Restaurants.
