Gary Davis has extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as Executive Chef at Delaware North since March 2018. Prior to this role, Gary worked as Executive Chef at JACK Entertainment from November 2015 to March 2018 and held the position of Banquet Chef at Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza Hotel from June 2006 to December 2012. Gary also contributed as a Teaching Assistant at Johnson & Wales University between January 2004 and January 2006. Gary earned a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Johnson & Wales University, completing the program in 2006.
