Jeff Wilkinson is the Chief Information Officer at Delaware North. Prior to their current role, Jeff was with GE Digital from December 2014 to December 2017. Jeff served as CIO, Commercial and Marketing and was responsible for providing leadership for the digital transformation of commercial capabilities across GE. In this role, Jeff partnered with business and technology leadership to fundamentally innovate and change how GE would work and connect with customers in the future. Some of their accomplishments while with GE Digital include:

* Championing the strategic blueprint and product roadmaps for commercial digital tools across GE to drive organic growth, sales productivity, and simplification

* Enabling digitization of sales teams through implementation of the GE Hub, which is GE’s first universal pipeline to unite and drive new insights from 19 instances of Salesforce (SFDC)

* Incubating new capabilities through Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Natural Language (NLP) to rapidly test and learn on how to drive more productivity for our 25,000 sellers across 180 countries

* Pioneering a B2C experience for our business partners and delivering GE’s new Digital Commerce ecosystem to drive revenue at scale and enable an improved customer experience

* Orchestrating the delivery of the most visible GE global web properties and digital marketing services that protect a GE brand value of over $43B

Jeff Wilkinson has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Sciences from Gwynedd Mercy University and a Master of Engineering in Software Engineering from Penn State University.

Jeff Wilkinson reports to Louis Jacobs, CEO & Alternate Governor, Boston Bruins. They work with Stephen Harrington - Chief Procurement Officer, E. Brian Hansberry - President, Gaming, and Robert Wilson - Group President of Travel, Patina Restaurant Group, U.K..
