Timothy McEvoy

Timothy McEvoy serves as the General Counsel and previously held the position of Deputy General Counsel at Delaware North since February 2020. Prior to this role, McEvoy was the General Counsel for Integer Holdings Corporation from February 2007 to March 2019, where the company is recognized as the largest medical device outsource manufacturer globally. McEvoy also accumulated experience as Deputy General Counsel at M&T Bank from October 1992 to February 2007 and practiced as an attorney at Cohen Swados Wright Hanifin Bradford & Brett and Mudge Rose Guthrie Alexander & Ferdon. McEvoy holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from SUNY at Buffalo Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science from Canisius University.
