Tunde Varga

Tunde Varga is an experienced professional in learning and development with a robust background in global talent management. Currently serving as Learning & Development Manager at Delaware North since October 2021, Tunde leads initiatives in global learning, leadership development, and performance management. Prior roles include Global Talent Management Consultant and Global Talent Manager at The Lubrizol Corporation, where Tunde focused on employee experience and onboarding. Tunde also held multiple positions at Eaton Corporation, including Global Talent Development Operations Manager and Lead Analyst for Global Ethics & Compliance. Early career experience includes roles at Ernst & Young and ABN AMRO Bank. Tunde earned an MBA in HR from Baldwin Wallace University between 2005 and 2007.
