Charles A. Madden

Charles A. Madden has extensive work experience in various industries. Charles A. began their career at MBNA, where they served as an Operations Manager and later as an Expense Manager, overseeing marketing budgets and vendor relationships. Charles A. then joined Marks, O'Neill, O'Brien, Doherty & Kelly, P.C. as a Law Clerk. After this, they served as the Executive Director at Wilmington HOPE Commission for ten years. Charles A. later joined New Castle County Government as the Chief Officer for Community Impact. Following this, they worked as the Executive Vice President for Business Development & Branding at Connections Community Support Partnership Inc. Charles A. Madden began their education in 1991 at the Community College of the Air Force, where they obtained a Certificate in Clinical/Medical Laboratory Technician. Charles A. then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences from Wilmington University, from 1994 to 1996. In 1998, Madden returned to Wilmington University to complete a Master's degree in Human Resource Management, which they finished in 2000. Lastly, they attended the University of Baltimore School of Law from 2004 to 2007, earning a Juris Doctorate in Law.
