Noah Olson has a diverse work experience history. Noah started their career as an intern at the Office of U.S. Senator Thomas R. Carper in 2011. Noah then worked as a Sales Associate at The Ski Bum from 2008 to 2013. In 2012, they served as a Staff Assistant for Carper for Delaware, where they supported U.S. Senator Tom Carper. In 2013, they became a Legislative Correspondent at the Office of U.S. Senator Thomas R. Carper. From 2014 to 2014, they took on the role of Campaign Manager at Denn for Attorney General. In 2015, they joined the Delaware Department of State as an Aide in the Secretary of State's Office, and concurrently worked as a Project Coordinator for the Delaware VDA Program at Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP. In 2019, they transitioned to working at Delaware Prosperity Partnership, initially as an Innovation Support Manager before being promoted to Director of Innovation in 2021. Noah's most recent work experience is the fellowship at Leadership Delaware, Inc., starting in 2023.

Noah Olson attended the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Finance.
