Rod Ward

Rod Ward is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as President & CEO at CSC since April 2010, Rod has also held the position of Co-Chair at Delaware Prosperity Partnership since January 2018. Prior roles include Chairman and President at Speakman Company (2002-2018), Operations at Snap-on Tools (1996-2002), Business Development at FMC (1992-1996), and Precious Metals Trading at Credit Suisse (1988-1990). Rod Ward holds an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BS from Middlebury College, in addition to a high school degree from Westminster School.
