Robert P. Hicks

Robert Hicks currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at the Delaware River Port Authority of PA and NJ, a position held since October 2016, where responsibilities include directing operations in alignment with the Chief Executive Officer and the Governors' Board of Commissioners. Previously, Robert founded NEXT WAVE CONSULTING LLC, providing technology program management and policy development from January 2009 to October 2016.
