William Hastings

William Hastings is an experienced financial professional with a strong background in accounting and management systems. Currently serving as the Controller at the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce since January 2017, William has also been the President of 1634 Consulting, Inc. since 2000, where expertise is applied in designing customized accounting solutions for various clients, resulting in significant financial improvements. Previously, William held the position of Senior Controller at Caring People Alliance, contributing to investment management strategy, and served as Controller for Computer Power, Inc. to restructure its accounting processes. William's early career included key roles at The Declaration Group and Benson White & Company, developing essential accounting systems for start-up mutual funds.
