Wanda Spiering

Wanda Spiering currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief of Administration at the Delaware State Housing Authority, a position held since October 2022. With extensive experience in human resources, Wanda has worked as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Psychotherapeutic Services from January 2020 to January 2023 and previously directed HR functions at the Delaware State Housing Authority from March 2009 to January 2020. Additionally, Wanda has been a Board Member and College Relation Chair at Delmarva SHRM since May 1995, focusing on connections for college staff and students. Wanda's career in human resources began as the Executive Director of Human Resources at Psychotherapeutic Services, a role held from February 1989 to February 2009. Wanda holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Wilmington University and an Associate's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Delaware Technical and Community College.
