Crystal M. Edwards

Crystal M. Edwards, Ed.D, serves as an Adjunct Professor at Delaware State University and a Consultant for ASCD, specializing in educational institution leadership and management. With extensive experience in the School District of Philadelphia, Crystal has held various roles, including Principal, where leadership of over 350 students in grades K-8 was demonstrated through faculty engagement and student skill development. Previously, Crystal contributed to instructional leadership as an Assistant Principal and Instructional Leadership Coach, focusing on personalized instructional programs and staff development. As the Founder and President of Empowering Single Moms, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to supporting single mothers, Crystal continues to impact the community positively. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate in Educational Administration and Supervision from Gwynedd Mercy University, an Urban Education Certificate from Harvard University, a Master's in Urban Education and Leadership from Eastern University, and a Bachelor's in Broadcast Communications from Temple University.
