Russell Weaver

Russell Weaver is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Executive Director of Network Services at Delaware State University since July 2021. Prior to this role, Russell held the position of Technical Director at Ellucian from 2016 to July 2021, and served as Chief Information Officer, Interim, and Director of Technical Services at Cecil College from 2012 to 2016, focusing on strategic direction for information and communication technology.
