Dr. A. Scott McNeal

Dr. A. Scott McNeal has a diverse range of work experience. Dr. A. Scott currently serves as the Treasurer for Constitution Physician Alliance and has been in this role since May 2021. Dr. A. Scott is also the Chairperson for Broad Spectrum IPA, starting in April 2021.

Dr. McNeal has a long history at North Philadelphia Health System, where they held the positions of Medical Affairs Consultant and later became the Sr. VP, Medical Affairs & Chief Academic Officer. Dr. A. Scott was with the organization from June 1988 to December 2018.

In addition, Dr. McNeal worked at Delaware Valley Community Health, where they served as President and CEO and also held the position of VP + Chief Medical Officer. Dr. A. Scott stayed with the company from October 1993 to the present.

Dr. A. Scott McNeal began their education in 1978 at Hofstra University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology, which they completed in 1982. Following this, they enrolled at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1984, and successfully earned a Doctor of Osteopathy degree in 1988.
