Alan Shell

Alan Shell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in continuous improvement, quality management, and engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Continuous Improvement and Senior Advanced Manufacturing Specialist at Delaware Valley Industrial Resource Center, Alan is also an Adjunct Professor at Rowan College at Burlington County, teaching Math 113. Previous roles include Quality Manager at Essentra, where Alan achieved significant reductions in customer complaints, and Continuous Improvement Engineer at L3 Communications, leading Six Sigma initiatives. With a strong background at Lockheed Martin, Alan held various engineering and management positions, contributing to programs aimed at enhancing quality and process efficiency. Alan holds an MBA in Quality Science from Drexel University and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Delaware.
