Ellen Harvilla

Ellen Harvilla has extensive experience in human resources and training and education services. Ellen served as the Director of Human Resources and Training and Education Services at DVIRC since January 2006. Prior to that, they were the Director of Human Resources at Outsourcing Solutions Inc. from 1988 to 1995.

Ellen Harvilla has a Bachelor's Degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Ellen also has a Master's Degree from the same university. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several additional certifications, including First Level Leadership Training from Achieve Global, Focus On The Front Of The Room from NIST/MEP, Level One Lean Certification from DVIRC, and Master The Front Of The Room from NIST/MEP.
