Jim Geier

Jim Geier is the Founder, President, and CEO of Human Capital Consulting Partners LLC, a consulting firm established in May 2004 that specializes in helping organizations recruit, hire, and retain talent aligned with their business objectives. Additionally, Jim serves as a Facilitator at the Delaware Valley Industrial Resource Center, where senior manufacturing executives collaborate on business challenges. Previously, Jim held significant roles at Quaker Chemical Corporation as Vice President of Human Resources and Facilities Management, where responsibility included developing a global HR strategy, and at Sanofi, progressing through various vice president and directorial positions in Human Resources and Benefits. Jim Geier holds a BS in Finance and Labor Relations from La Salle University.
