Sylvia Wower

Sylvia Wower has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and countries. Sylvia is currently the VP of Research and Strategic Growth at Delaware Valley Industrial Resource Center (DVIRC), where they oversee the market development department. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Market and Economic Research at DVIRC for six years. Sylvia has also worked as a Member of the Board of Trustees for Perkins Center for the Arts. Additionally, they are the owner of Wower International Sp. Zoo, a consultancy firm they founded in 2008. Sylvia has over 16 years of international experience in market development and business intelligence management. Before starting their consultancy, Sylvia worked in strategic planning at QVC.

Sylvia Wower completed their education history with a Master of Business Administration degree in International Business from Thomas Jefferson University, where they studied from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they obtained another Master of Business Administration degree specializing in HR Management from Wyższa Szkoła Zarządzania i Bankowości w Poznan, where they studied from 1998 to 2000. Additionally, Sylvia holds a CAE qualification from the University of Oxford. Sylvia also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in HR Management and Conflict Management from Wyższa Szkoła Zarządzania i Bankowości w Poznaniu.
