Daniel Farina Jr., AICP, currently serves as a Senior Freight Transportation Planner at the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission since July 2022. Previously, Daniel held the position of Senior County Planner at the Montgomery County Planning Commission from February 2016 to July 2022, where responsibilities included analyzing county-wide datasets and producing multiple construction and housing reports. Earlier roles include County Planner II and County Planner, focusing on neighborhood plan coordination at Esperanza, as well as an Implementation Intern at the City of Philadelphia Planning Commission. Daniel began a career in urban planning as a GIS Intern at the New Kensington Community Development Corporation and has experience in research and administrative roles. Education includes a Master of City Planning from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's degree in Urban Studies and Community Development from Rutgers University - Camden.
