Sam Beard

Sam Beard is an experienced architect with a diverse background in architectural design and project management. Currently serving as an Architect at Delawie since May 2021, Sam previously held the position of Director of Architecture at J Street Hospitality, Inc. from August 2017 to May 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing the design of contemporary hotels in urban markets. Additionally, Sam has experience as a Project Designer at Delawie from July 2012 to August 2017 and has operated Beard Design + Build since January 2004. Academic credentials include a Master of Architecture (MArch) from NewSchool of Architecture & Design and a Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Studies from the University of Illinois Chicago.
