Robert Brown

Robert Brown has extensive experience in project management and commissioning within the transportation sector, currently serving as an Associate Consultant and Senior Project Manager at Delcan Corporation since January 2007. Prior roles include Deputy Testing & Commissioning Manager at Taiwan Shinkansen Corporation and Commissioning Manager at Alstom Transport, showcasing expertise in testing and commissioning planning, notably for the Toronto Transit Commission's Sheppard Subway project. Robert Brown also held supervisory and advisory positions at Bombardier Transportation and American Transit Consultants, respectively, providing consultancy to the Taipei Department of Rapid Transit Systems.
