Sarang Bondre

Sarang Bondre has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Sarang started their career as a Software Developer at Web Access in 2008, followed by a role as a Software Developer at Sterling Infosystems, Inc. from 2010 to 2012. Sarang then worked as a Sr. Software Engineer at Glam Media from 2012 to 2015.

In 2015, Sarang co-founded the company Backpacker Panda and served as the Chief Technology Officer. Sarang held this position until 2020 when they transitioned to Swiggy. At Swiggy, Sarang initially held the role of Engineering Lead for Suprdaily from 2020 to 2022. Sarang then assumed the position of Engineering Manager, where they headed three verticals, mentored team members, and spearheaded the successful delivery of a robust system to support a 100% increase in users and revenue growth.

Sarang's most recent work experience is as the Head of Engineering at Delcaper Technologies Pvt Ltd. since 2023.

Throughout their career, Sarang has demonstrated expertise in technical capabilities such as Search, User Segmentation, Vendor Management, and Personalization. Sarang has successfully implemented high-level design diagrams and process flows, resulting in a comprehensive understanding of system requirements and interfaces. Additionally, they have achieved operational excellence and made significant cost savings through their negotiation skills.

Sarang Bondre attended Dnyanamata High School from 1991 to 2001, completing high school education. Later, from 2004 to 2007, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunication at Amravati University. In 2020, Sarang obtained AWS Training certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
