O'Brien Frazier

O'Brien Frazier, CTS, has extensive experience in engineering and business development within the technology services sector. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Delcom Group since May 2013, O'Brien Frazier focuses on optimizing team efficiency and developing processes for the engineering life-cycle. Previous roles at Delcom Group include Construction Sales Manager and Business Development Manager, wherein responsibilities encompassed project management and customer collaboration.
