Manpreet Singh Adan is a seasoned professional in operations and quality assurance, currently serving as the Director of Operations at UnboundB2B since August 2021, where responsibilities include maintaining quality standards in lead generation campaigns and managing risk. Previously, Manpreet held leadership roles including Head of Quality Assurance at XDBS Corporation, overseeing a team of over 130 Quality Analysts, and innovating audit evaluation systems.
