Kais Menoufy

CEO, President at Delegata

Kais Menoufy has a strong history of establishing and expanding successful information management businesses, both domestically and internationally. He founded Delegata in 2000 with a vision to bring holistic solutions to complex projects in order to drive more successful outcomes. By designing strategic solutions that enable complex business transformations of people, process, technology, information, and measurement, Delegata has earned a reputation for high quality and trust by their partners in business and in the community. Delegata believes in collaboration and has won prestigious national and regional awards in partnership with clients and community organizations.

Prior to founding Delegata, Kais was the Managing Director of Indus (formerly The Indus Group) and the head of International Operations and Strategic Relations. His success in opening new global markets helped make Indus the world’s largest provider of software solutions for enterprise asset management and positioned the company for a successful IPO.

Kais also founded SKAKS Technology, a privately held corporation providing leading-edge imaging systems and integration services. Under his direction, SKAKS acquired TERA Corporation, a provider of imaging technology, document management systems, power alternatives, and facilities management. The acquisition allowed SKAKS to leverage new technologies and grow new markets in the United States, as well as Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. His earlier accomplishments also include the role of Deputy Managing Director of International at CSC, where he managed over $400M in operations and brought over $120M of new business in one year.

Kais’ passion for business is equally reflected in his cultivating change and making an impact in the community. He is committed to supporting their youth bringing people from different walks of life together through the arts, music, dance, and culture. He believes there is beauty in diversity and learning from one another in order to foster understanding, tolerance, and unity amongst people of different faiths and backgrounds.

He is also passionate about creating opportunities for collaboration across the globe in education, technology, science, agriculture, law & policy. Kais served on the Board of Directors for the American Leadership Forum, Capital Unity Council, Shifa Clinic, and the UC Davis International Programs Executive Development Council. His focus is local, but his reach is global. Kais has been invited by the White House (under two different administrations) to participate in global economic discussions and delegations. He has supported hundreds of Sacramento community activities and pioneered initiatives such as Building Bridges, Songs of Hope (a collaboration of the Sacramento Philharmonic with the UNESCO Peace Orchestra), Youth for a Better Understanding, and Closing the Gap – with a collective focus of establishing a greater place for peace in their world.

Kais’ unique blend of experience expanding markets for a diversity of technologies, his familiarity with global markets, his extensive management experience, and his philanthropic humanitarianism are strong indicators for Delegata’s continued success.
