Executive Vice President - Retention and Culture at Delegate CX

Brad Penman has extensive work experience, starting in 1992 as a Senior Manager of Talent Marketing and Events at Talent Sports International. In this role, they managed events and secured athlete endorsements for leading brands.

In 1993, Brad co-founded The Marketing Arm and served as the Chief Operating Officer. Brad successfully scaled the agency into a $200 million full-service agency with 750 employees. Brad was responsible for day-to-day business operations, including HR, technology, legal, recruiting, and professional development. Under their leadership, the agency became the most awarded marketing agency in America.
