Arvin Paul

Arvin Paul has a strong work history in the oil and gas industry, with experience in various leadership and technical roles. Arvin is currently working as the VP Technical at Delek US Holdings, Inc. since 2024. Prior to that, they served as the VP & General Manager at TotalEnergies from April 2023 to December 2023, and as the Senior Manager of Operations from August 2021 to March 2023. Arvin also held positions at Marathon Petroleum Corporation, Andeavor, Tesoro Corporation, Phillips 66, and ConocoPhillips, where they gained expertise in operations management, technical services, refinery economics and planning, and process engineering.

Arvin Paul earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, completing their education from 1997 to 2002.
