Brandon Daisley

Brandon Daisley is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) matters. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel for Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) at Delek US Holdings, Inc. since April 2022, Brandon previously held the position of Quality Control Attorney II at alliantgroup from March 2020 to April 2022. Brandon's earlier experience includes a legal internship at The Pennsylvania State University's Office of the Physical Plant, where research focused on water and storm water compliance, a summer legal internship at the Cambria County District Attorney’s Office, and work as a Student Research Assistant with the USDA Agricultural Research Service. Brandon earned a Doctor of Law (JD) in Law & Policy from Penn State Law and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Environmental Resource Management from Penn State University.
