Dallas Hynes

Dallas Hynes, CFE, currently serves as the Manager of SOX Financial and IT Controls & Processes at Delek US Holdings, Inc., a position held since July 2018, where responsibilities include managing the Financial and IT SOX Program and liaising with internal and external auditors. With experience dating back to 2006, Dallas has also worked as a Senior Accounting & Controls SOX Analyst at NCAA and as a Football Official. Prior roles include Sr. Internal Auditor/Business Analyst at the Ohio Office of Budget and Management, where notable accomplishments included cost reduction and efficiency improvements for 26 state agencies, and as an Internal Auditor at the Auditor of State - Ohio, managing audits for various governmental entities. Dallas holds a Bachelor's Degree in Financial Economics with an Accounting Minor from Bethany College, earned between 2001 and 2004.
