Robert Tucker

Robert Tucker has a solid work experience in the field of security and emergency response. Robert worked as a Senior Director of Health, Safety, and Security at Delek US Holdings, Inc. where they provided security expertise, threat assessments, and managed physical security operations. Prior to that, they served as the Corporate Security and Emergency Response Manager at Philadelphia Energy Solutions, LLC for over a decade. Here, they effectively managed security and emergency services at a large refining complex on the East Coast. Tucker also has an extensive background in law enforcement, having served in various leadership roles at the Philadelphia Police Department. Notably, they were the commanding officer of the Counter-Terrorism Division and played a key role in the development of the Philadelphia Police Aviation Unit.
