Timothy Gomez, PHR, is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the energy and staffing sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Delek US Holdings, Inc. since January 2021, Timothy has previously held roles at Marathon Petroleum Corporation and Andeavor, specializing in logistics operations recruitment. Additional experience includes managing recruitment teams at Robert Half and Creative Financial Staffing, the latter being the largest privately-held accounting and financial staffing firm in the U.S. With early career roots at Adecco and Robert Half, Timothy possesses a strong foundation in staffing and human resources, complemented by ongoing education in Organizational Development and Leadership and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from the University of the Incarnate Word.
