Matt Griffis

Matt Griffis has a diverse work experience in various industries. Matt started their career as a Certified Public Accountant at Ernst & Young from 1995 to 1999. Matt then worked as a Project Manager at Sares Regis Group of Northern California, managing multimillion-dollar commercial projects. Matt also had a role as a Project Manager at Custom Dreams in Real Estate, where they oversaw custom home projects and focused on business development. Matt owned and managed Homestead Development & Real Estate, handling land acquisition, construction, and real estate transactions. Later, Matt joined Stanford University as a Project Manager, leading projects in design, entitlement, and construction. Matt also joined Pacific Peninsula Group as the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President, overseeing the company's operations, high-end estate projects, and property management. In their most recent role, Matt is involved in real estate investment and development in Los Altos, California. Matt currently holds the position of Vice President of Development & Construction at DeLeon Realty.

Matt Griffis has a Master's degree in Construction Engineering and Management from Stanford University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Santa Clara University. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications including being a Certified GreenPoint Rater & Advisor from Build It Green, a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) from the State of California, a General Contractor from the State of California, a LEED AP from the U.S. Green Building Council, a Real Estate Broker from the State of California, a Real Estate Broker from the State of Nevada, and a Real Estate Principal Broker from the State of Oregon.
