Avinash Shanmugam

Avinash Shanmugam is a Principal Data Scientist at DELFI Diagnostics with previous experience as a Lead Bioinformatics Scientist at Natera and Bioinformatics Scientist at GRAIL, Inc. and Recombine. Avinash has a background in Bioinformatics with a PhD from the University of Michigan and a B.Tech in Bioinformatics from Vellore Institute of Technology. Avinash has also been involved in various leadership roles at ISCB Student Council and has conducted research in proteomic data analysis and peptide identification.
