George Gao

George Gao currently serves as the VP of Operations at Delfi, overseeing advanced risk management advisory services for banks and credit unions. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting, where George led project delivery and business model advisory for banking and capital market clients. Additional roles at Deloitte included Manager, Senior Consultant, and Consultant, focusing on operating model design and project management across Southeast Asia. At the Pew Research Center, George managed workflows and authored over 200 articles annually. George holds a Master of Arts in International Economics from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies with a minor in Creative Writing from Vassar College.
