Stivan Atanasov

Stivan Atanasov is an experienced corporate professional in Lean and Operational Excellence, currently serving as the Corporate Lean/Operational Excellence Manager at delfort since April 2022, where Stivan leads strategies across seven global factories. Previously, Stivan was a Lean OpEx Engineer/Coordinator at Sensata Technologies, facilitating Kaizen events and implementing Lean methods and Six Sigma projects while monitoring KPIs. Stivan also worked as a Lean Manufacturing Coordinator at Schatti Bulgaria, focusing on Lean projects, Industry 4.0 initiatives, and training programs. Stivan's career began as a Lean Manufacturing Engineer at MAGNA POWERTRAIN, specializing in standardized work and continuous improvement methodologies. Stivan holds a Master's degree in Corporate Business and Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from UFT Plovdiv.
