Brooke O'Connell

Brooke O'Connell is a Master's Intern in Venture Building at oneUp since August 2024 and an MSc Student of Strategic Design at Delft University of Technology. With a robust background in user experience research, Brooke has held several positions at WP Engine from May 2021 to August 2023, including User Researcher for strategy and eCommerce, where responsibilities included conducting user research, leading teams, and mentoring other researchers. Prior experience includes user experience researcher roles at Wells Fargo and Johnson & Johnson, focusing on improving user experiences and streamlining processes. Brooke holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Northeastern University and is pursuing a Master of Science in Strategic Product Design.
