James O'Callaghan

James O'Callaghan is a Professor of Architectural Glass at TU Delft since March 2019, where expertise in glass and facade engineering is shared with students and staff. As the Founding Director of Eckersley O'Callaghan, established in March 2004 alongside Brian Eckersley, a niche practice has been developed that emphasizes good design and structural integrity, serving projects around the globe. Prior experience includes serving as Engineering Director at Dewhurst Macfarlane & Partners from June 1995 to December 2003, working in both London and Seoul, and later moving to New York to help establish a US office. James O'Callaghan holds an education from The University of Manchester, completed between 1989 and 1992.
